For example, employee accountability and performance management are critical as traditional methods are not successful in this new environment. The risk is a less controlled environment may not be suitable for every type of employee and is not conducive to group efforts which may be required. As such, human resources will have to develop and implement strategies to mitigate this risk and ensure accountability with employees and suitable productivity.
